How To Apply - In Person

Step 1 :

Gather all the documents as provided in the checklist

Step 2 :

Visit the nearest BLS Centre between 8AM to 2PM. Click here to see locations.

Step 3 :

All the documents would be verified as per Consulate guidelines at the centre

Step 4 :

For PASSPORT/VISA/OCI Applications

Pay the Consulate fee and BLS service fee in cash/debit at the Centre.

THROUGH POSTAL

Step 1 :

Gather all the documents as provided in the checklist

Step 2 :

Arrange for Courier pick-up and drop-off.

Step 3 :

All the documents would be verified as per Consulate guidelines at the centre.

Step 4 :

For PASSPORT/VISA/OCI Applications

Pay the Consulate fee and BLS service fee in Demand draft/Money order

Please note personal cheques are not acceptable.
