How To Apply - In Person

Step 1 :

Gather all the documents as provided in the checklist

Step 2 :

Visit the nearest BLS centre by Appointment.  Click here to see locations.

Step 3 :

All the documents would be verified as per Consulate guidelines at the centre

Step 4 :

For All Applications

Pay the Consulate fee and BLS service fee in cash/debit at the Centre.

You need to produce the appointment confirmation printout at the door to enter.

One appointment for one applicant.

THROUGH POSTAL - Services Accepted by Postal Service - Passport, PCC, Surrender, Attestation, OCI updation

Step 1 :

Arrange for Courier pick-up and drop-off.

Step 3 :

All the documents would be verified as per Consulate guidelines at the centre.

Step 4 :

Pay the Consulate fee and BLS service fee in Demand draft/Money order

Please note personal cheques are not acceptable.

Important Note for Tatkal Postal Applications:

(Only BLS Brampton, Toronto & Winnipeg accepts Tatkal Passport applications)
While handing over your Visa or Tatkal application documents to Purolator Courier, please mention with marker pen on the Purolator
